Eleanor (Ellie) Snyder Aldridge passed away on Jan. 10, 2017, at the age of 92, from heart failure. Ellie was born in Albany, N. Y. in 1924 and resided there until 1988 when she retired and moved to Olive Branch to be closer to family. Ellie was a member of Maples Memorial United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and enjoyed fellowship with friends playing Rook. She leaves her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Lyndall Snyder of Olive Branch; two grandchildren, Sidney Snyder and Elizabeth Schubert; three great-grandchildren. She also leaves her son-in-law, Bill Heinrich of Chester, Va. and two stepsons, Dennis Aldridge (Charlotte) and Keith Aldridge (Karen). Ellie was preceded in death by her first husband, Rod Snyder, her late husband, Carlie Aldridge and her daughter, Barbara Heinrich. Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 13 at Maples Memorial UMC beginning at 9 a.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Maples Memorial UMC, P.O.
