Project Package aided by Colonial Dames

Diane Horne, a member of the Elizabeth Tilley Chapter of the Colonial Dames of the XVII Century recently presented a check for postage to deliver boxes of items for military service men and women who are serving overseas from Mississippi.Horne has compiled more than 140 hours, sorting and packing items at Project Package, which is located at the National Guard Armory in Southaven. Horne presented the items to Rickey Pope, who has been in charge of Project Package for many years.
