Head Start head visits Washington

The Executive Director of the Institute of Community Services, Inc. (ICS), Mrs. Eloise McClinton and a DeSoto County resident, recently traveled to Washington, DC to attend a National Head Start conference along with Mrs. Lillie Smith, Field Services Director and Mrs. Angela Mayfield, Administrative Assistant. While in Washington, the ICS staff visited with Senator Cindy Hyde -Smith to thank her for supporting Head Start. The Institute of Community Services is located in 14 counties with its main office located in Holly Springs. From left are: Eloise McClinton, U.S. Sen.
