Cross Creek Christian Academy in Olive Branch hosted a community outreach event Saturday, November 13 at its campus. The school welcomed community, students and church members to its Harvest Festival as a free event. Pastor Paul Bryant said the church and school wanted to let the DeSoto County community know of its presence as a school and for people to connect and socialize. The church hosted food trucks, a petting zoo, cake walk, talent show, hayride, min-train rides, inflatable jump houses and s'mores stations. The school serves K4-12 students. "We want to let our community know that someone cares about them," Bryant said. Bryant added that the event was the first one in four years for the church to host.
