Horn Lake Student Pages in Mississippi House
Christian Macklin of Horn Lake recently served as a page for the Mississippi House of Representatives. Pages generally run errands for officials and House staff.
Macklin, 18, is the son of Pearlie Macklin, and he is a junior at Horn Lake High School. He was sponsored for the week by Representative Hester Jackson-McCray (D – Horn Lake).
When asked about the week, Macklin said, “I loved being a page for the representatives, and I was honored to work alongside these wonderful people. Thank you, Representative Jackson-McCray for having me!”
