WHEEAS, on the 21st day of February, 2018, Tyler James Borgognoni was appointed as the Administrator of the Estate of Larry Dale Borgognoni, deceased, by the Chancery Court of DeSoto County, Mississippi in the above styled Cause No.: 18-cv-277 and Letters of Administration were duly issued to him on the 8th day of May, 2018.

NOW THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the Estate of Larry Dale Borgognoni, deceased, must file same for probate and registration with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of the DeSoto Couynty, Mississippi, as provided by law, within ninety (90) days from the 31st day of January, 2019, and failure to so file said claim or claims for probate and registration within said period will forever barr such claim or claims.
